  • Look For crisp, firm smooth skinned radishes. If tops are attached, they should be bright green and not wilted. 

    To Store remove tops. Cover, refrigerate unwashed, for up to one week. 

    To Prepare, trim stem and root ends. Rinse. Leave whole, slice, shred or chop.
