BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

(12 servings)

- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Stir dry ingredients together and
add blueberries. Combine
egg, milk, and melted butter. Add to blueberry mixture, stirring just
to moisten. DO NOT BEAT.
Sprinkle tops with brown sugar.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Add
5 minutes for frozen berries.
