DIANNE'S BROCCOLI SALAD
This salad is not for the dieter, but is so good that it warrants use in moderation for special occasions.

In a large bowl combine:
2 medium heads broccoli, broken into very small florets
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
10-12 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled (or use bacon bits)

Dressing
3/4 c. Miracle Whip or similar salad dressing
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar

Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Allow to sit, This recipe is from www.hortns.com
