COLE SLAW WITH
SWEET VINEGAR DRESSING
Serves

1 head of cabbage, shredded or
chopped briefly in food processor
2 medium onions, cut in half &
thinly sliced
1 green pepper; chopped ( or a mix of
red & green)
1 cup sugar
1 cup white vinegar
¾ cup canola oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seeds
Combine cabbage, peppers, onion in
large bowl.
Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, celery
seed and salt. Pour immediately over cabbage. Refrigerate,
stirring several times to dissolve sugar before serving.
