Take some small new potatoes, peas, string beans, small carrots and
onions, or any combination of new vegetables from the garden. Prepare
and cook in just enough water to prevent burning. Cook the vegetables
together, starting with those which require the longest coking period
and adding others so they will be cooked at the same time. Add 2 Tbsp
of
butter, 1 cup cream, salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
