Maple Dipping Sauce For
Strawberries
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup pure Nova Scotia maple syrup
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 quart whole Nova Scotia strawberries, washed
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and maple syrup, brown sugar.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
