Maple
Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp dried basil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1?4 cup maple syrup
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
1 very small clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Whisk all ingredients together.
Serve on your favourite salad greens.
