PEPPER DIP
With the holiday season coming up this dip will be a hit with your guests. Print off a
couple of copies...someone always asks for the recipe!

Prepare in a double boiler:
2 Tbsp melted margarine or butter
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt.
Beat in:
2 beaten eggs.
Continue to beat until thick.
 Blend in:
1-8oz. package softened cream cheese.
Remove from heat and add:
2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp chopped red pepper
2 Tbsp chopped onion
2 Tbsp grated carrot.

Refrigerate 12 - 24 hours before serving to blend the flavours.
