RASPBERRY FOOL
The old English dish called a Fool mixed fruit in whipped cream. This gives you the feeling of decadence without the calories by using it as a topping and cutting the whipped cream with yogurt.

1 or 2 pints freshly picked Nova Scotia raspberries
3 Tbsp Grand Marnier
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup toasted slivered or sliced almonds

Place raspberries in a mixing bowl, reserving 1/2 cup. Pour Grand Marnier over the berries in the bowl. Mash the 1/2 cup berries (sieve to remove seeds if desired). Whip the cream until stiff, add the sugar and fold in the yogurt and mashed berries. Spoon the marinated berries into 4 clear  dessert dishes. Spoon the cream mixture over the berries and sprinkle with almonds.
