Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Serves 4-6

1 1/2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
2 shallots, peeled and sliced thin
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper, TT

 

Preheat oven to 400°.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and place on the prepared baking sheet.  Roast in oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are soft and the outside leaves are crispy
