Roasted Cauliflower

In a large bowl stir together:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. curry paste
1 head cauliflower cut into florets

Toss to coat and then spread on a greased large rimmed baking sheet. Roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir and continue roasting until tender and browned. Sprinkle with chopped:
Cilantro or parsley
And
Chives or green onions.
