RUSSIAN CUCUMBER AND RADISH SALAD

4 young cucumbers, sliced
4 or 5 red radishes, sliced very thin
1 ½ cups sour cream
1 Tbsp wine or cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
Freshly ground pepper
Chill cucumbers and radishes separately in the refrigerator for an hour. Drain if necessary.
Mix together in a glass bowl the sour cream, honey, vinegar and pepper. Stir the cucumbers and radish slices into the dressing until well mixed. Serve very cold.
