SCHNIPPLED BEAN SALAD
To schnipple is to cut the beans on a slant in very thin slices.

1 quart yellow or green beans
1 small onion

Dressing:
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
3/4 cup sour cream

Schnipple beans ( the salad is not nearly as good if you don't)
Cook until barely soft. Cool.
Slice onion. Put into dressing.
Add beans. refrigerate until used.
