FROZEN STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI
Yield: 2 "tall" glasses

1 cup         strained strawberry sauce
1 cup         crushed ice
1/2 cup      water
1/3 cup      rum
Blend all ingredienrts well; serve in a tall glass or goblet. Garnish with a berry or a lemon twist.

TO MAKE STRAWBERRY SAUCE
4 cups        fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 cup          sugar
1/2 cup       water
1/4 cup       lemon juice
Combine ingredients in blender and blend on high until a sauce like consistency results. Keeps for up to 3 days in refrigerator. Use for puddings, ice cream, cakes and drinks.
