WALDORF SALAD
4 c. Cabbage,
coarsley chopped
2 c. Apples,
chopped
1 c. Celery,
chopped
1c. Toasted
walnuts coarsely chopped
1/4 c. Lemon or lime juice
3 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Garlic salt
In
a medium bowl, combine cabbage, celery, apples & nuts. In a small
bowl mix dressing ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture. Cover and
chill 4 hours to blend.
