ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE  CAKE

< style="font-family: arial;">½ cup soft butter or margarine
½ cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

½ cup sour cream
2 cups shredded zucchini with skins on
2 ½ cups flour
4 tbsp cocoa
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Mix margerine or butter, add oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and zucchini. Mix well. Add dry ingredients.
Pour into 9" X 13" cake pan. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes or until cake tests done in the centre.

Frosting

¼ stick butter
6 tbsp milk
1 tbsp cocoa
1 box powder sugar
1 cup chopped nuts, your preference < style="font-family: arial;">
Bring the first 3 ingredients of frosting to a boil, then remove from heat and add the last 3 ingredients, and mix. Pour on hot cake. Cool before cutting
