2 cups fresh Nova Scotia Strawberries
1/3 cup strawberry preserves
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon
juice
1 large clove of garlic, minced
1 tps chopped fresh ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
1 scallion, minced, including some
of the
green
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilentro
Place ingredients in food processor
or blender
and puree until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
